We'll discuss the scope of the gathering, shared spaces, flow and logistical considerations. This session is designed to set expectations and determine the level of planning or coordination support that will best serve your group. From there, you'll have the option to move forward with services that help bring the gathering together smoothly. If you book with me the $100 consultation fee will come off your total.
