The Theme Design Consultation is the first step in defining the visual and emotional direction of your event. This session is designed to align vision, clarify preferences, and set clear expectations before any design work begins. During our consultation, we’ll explore the purpose of your event, the atmosphere you want to create, and the feelings you want guests to walk away with. We’ll talk through inspiration, color direction, personal details, and any constraints—such as space, season, or budget—to ensure the design direction feels both meaningful and realistic. This session is not about final selections or execution. Instead, it creates the foundation for intentional design work. Following the consultation, If you choose to book my design services I will develop three distinct theme concepts, each paired with a curated mood board that visually communicates the tone, color palette, textures, and overall aesthetic possibilities for your event. At the conclusion of the consultation, you’ll have clarity around your design direction and the option to move forward with styling, planning, or coordination services to bring the chosen theme to life. This consultation is ideal for clients who want their event to feel cohesive, personal, and thoughtfully designed—without rushing the creative process.
